Britax Child Safety has had the benefit of getting customer service training from Theresa Reed of Reed HR Consulting, LLC over this past year. We have thoroughly enjoyed the training sessions provided by Theresa on a quarterly schedule. The trainings are always relevant to our department needs, well thought out, and well supported with material that encourage participation.
